How Elink collects, uses and protects your information.
Who we are
Elink provides managed internet, streaming TV, Wi-Fi and phone service to apartment, senior living and student housing buildings, and resident support through tenants.getelink.com. This policy covers getelink.com and tenants.getelink.com.

What we collect
Information you send us. When you use a contact or quote form we collect your name, email, phone, company, property name, number of units, the services you are interested in and your message.
Resident requests. Support tickets, upgrade and order forms collect what you enter, such as your name, address or unit, contact details and a description of the request. These forms are provided by JotForm.
Billing. Payments and subscriptions are handled at subscribe.getelink.com and by our billing provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Calculator. The profit and sports cost calculators run in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us.
Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site working.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare quotes and provide service; to support residents and manage accounts; to keep the website secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, CRM, help desk, form, billing, font and hosting providers, only as needed to provide their service to us.
Links to DIRECTV Stream and other providers take you to their websites. Their privacy policies apply there. When you sign up for DIRECTV Stream through our link, DIRECTV may tell us that a sign-up happened so we can be paid a commission.
Cookies and embedded content
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts. Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. Embedded forms and videos may set their own cookies under their providers’ policies.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and account records for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Residents can also contact [email protected]. We will respond as required by the laws that apply to you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
